Our youngest son has braces now and the bedtime routine is a wee bit more complicated. I forgot to capture this routine with his brother and didn’t want to miss the second chance.
I have to challenge myself to continue taking pictures of moments that define the current season of their lives. It was a piece of cake when they were little because everything was so new and fresh; it seemed I ALWAYS had my camera out, ready to spring into action.
Not so much now.
I need to be careful not to let this time slip away too quickly. Because before you know it, they will be off on their own.
And I will miss these moments terribly.
