The August Faithbooking Crop will indeed be our last crop at Hosanna! I had no clue what God had in store when we held our first crop in October 2005 (I had the date wrong in my original post). It has been an unforgettable experience that has blessed me far beyond anything I could have imagined.
Several factors lead to this decision: lack of interest (attendance has been on a steady decline for the last two years), lack of space for the amount of time our group requires, and the clear sense that God has something else in mind for this ministry.
I just don’t know what that is yet.
What I do know, is that sometimes we need to let go of something good to make way for something better.
I just don’t know what that is yet.![]()
Thank you, THANK YOU to all who have been a part of the last 7 years! The stories. Food. Laughter. Lessons. I’m going to miss all of it except this:
I hope to see you next month!

I would really like to make it out for the last one! Going to see if I can work it into the schedule. Both times I came I left inspired and moved by everyones stories. Can wait to see what new door opens for you as this one closes.
Sydney and I are planning on attending…very sad to see these going away.
Apparently, I posted too quickly because I was waaaaay off on some of my figures!
Jamie – I am hopeful we are not done with faithbooking crops forever… it is HARDWIRED into my soul. I have several ideas I’m working on for faithbooking gatherings and promise to keep you posted!!!!!
I hope you CAN make it, Crystal!
Transitions are SO.VERY.HARD. Not knowing is SO.VERY.HARD but God has done similar things in my life & His plan has ALWAYS been way better than mine. Even though I’m not always happy in the moment about a change in direction, I’ve learned to *let go* – still hurts, still is hard but not as rough as when I’m pushing for something He has not put His hand on.
