a quest for [good] health

We joined Lifetime Fitness this week, in part to have access to tennis courts year round AND to help keep us moving as a family this winter.

A quest for good health.  Or so we thought.

a quest for health

My husband met with a personal trainer yesterday and left Lifetime by ambulance.  Not really what we had in mind for our first week. After spending several hours at the hospital, he was discharged with a Holter monitor. His resting heartbeat is very low which is likely why he passed out post-workout; the doctor wants to find out why.  We’re hoping for some easy answers later this week; I’ll be sure to share more once I know more!

Praying for you all, especially Tony!

Thank you, Kelsey! I’ll be posting an update soon! He’s seen the cardiologist who, at first glance, doesn’t think it to be serious. Tony is able to begin exercising again this weekend and we will see what happens.
