I have been serving up all sorts of winter vegetables that have never before graced our table.
The recipes are creative yet down-to-earth, a step up from our usual. January was an explosion of new colors, textures, and flavors.
It’s quite clear I am going to need my own copy once the library renewal is up. Peach and Brie Quesadillas with Lime-Honey Dipping Sauce, Thai Beef and Radish Salad, and Gingered Blueberry Shortcakes are just a few of the delights that await.
It may not be summer but at least we can eat like it. 😀
