We made it out last week despite the rain and cold. And boy, was it COLD. First stop was breakfast at Woody’s Grille in Eden Prairie, a cute little place with lovely patio that had me dreaming of summer. (We sat at a booth inside with a direct view, away from the elements.) I ordered the New York Nasty.
Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, sweet red onions, and mozzarella served on top of hash browns. It was absolutely delicious. Then we made our way over to Bryant Lake Regional Park to check out the location.
And I loved it the second we pulled up.
I can only imagine how beautiful it would be on a bright summer day. The beach would be great start for an Everyday Family Session. Playing in the sand and water. A little picnic perhaps.
Then onto the playground and beyond!
Lots of textures, colors, and paths in a relatively small area. (Click HERE for a little video clip I posted to IG that day as well.) If you’re interested in booking a session at Bryant Lake Regional Park, my permit requires a reservation be made two weeks in advance so be sure to plan accordingly!
