need a little slo-mo about now

And daily pauses.
And time with God.
And quiet.
And mornings in my journal.
And date nights.
And a couple of hours making something fun in the kitchen.
And exercise.
And to get back into church.
And more sleep.
And the list goes on.

The focus lately seems to be on what I lack. Could be stress. Could be hormones. Whatever the cause, I have been doing my best to ride out this storm of the soul in a passive-wishing sort of way.

Guess it’s time for an intentional-doing sort of way.
