I photographed this sweet family more than a year ago as my very first Everyday Session ever! Not only was it my first indoor session shooting fully in manual mode, a dark and gloomy storm had stalled over their home making the lighting situation even trickier. But I was bound and determined to shoot the entire session without using flash. An experiment of sorts which you can find by clicking HERE.
When April contacted me about scheduling an outdoor Everyday Session, I was thrilled for the opportunity to work with these adorable boys again! And the little one…
Not a baby anymore! Cutest thing ever (especially with his squishy smile which you will spot towards the end of this blog post).
And his older brother? Had me in stitches the entire time. 😀 I met up with April and her family at the apple orchard. The boys were super excited about the APPLES. Especially the older one.
And played on tractors.
I really love this next image:
There’s something about the unposed, everyday moments that grabs me every time.
With it being October, there were plenty of pumpkins on hand as well:
Makes me miss the days with two little boys. So special. Thank you, thank you for the fun afternoon April and Matt!
