a one little word tradition | a chapter in my story

As I mentioned in this post HERE, my word for 2014 is NOURISH.  What I have learned after repeatedly practicing the One Little Word tradition, reminders are an essential part of the process.  If not for seeing my One Little Word daily, I would forget all about my goals for the year.  [This learned after two failed attempts.]  My necklace for 2014 was created by Liz Lamoreux, click HERE to browse her shop.  You will find several other inspired designers below:

=> Perl Jewelry (I especially love the necklace HERE – a year can be added to it as well!)
=> Lisa Leonard Designs (I really, really love the necklace HERE)
=> The Vintage Pearl (I chose this charm HERE for my word last year)
=> Farmgirl Paints (her shop will reopen on February 3, 2014 where you will find all sorts of delightful cuffs)
=> Love Squared Designs (super cute assortment of charms to add to your personalized necklace, click HERE to see a few)

Wearing my word helps me stay focused.  Seeing it triggers action on my part.  Plus I love the memories associated with each necklace.
