Read loads of books this month. Attended a hands-on cooking class with Tony. Enjoyed lunch at Doolittles (the patio even!) with a couple friends. Attended five (5!!!) graduation open houses. Had a chance to visit with my aunt from Colorado. Enjoyed the fire pit. Helped bling up marching band uniforms. Tony and I won tickets to see The Fray. There were lots of doctor appointments. We had fondue and cooked on the grill. Delivered a meal to a friend. Enjoyed time on the deck and margaritas on the front porch. I mastered the art of cold brew and perfected my recipe for iced coffee. School ended. I photographed two princesses and a superhero for my personal photo project. Went for lots of walks with Tony. We continued our Friday Breakfast Dates and finished season 2 of Homeland. I baked a ton with fresh berries. Our big window sprung a leak. I received THE COOLEST suprise in the mail! There were lots of photo sessions covering babies and love and all sorts of magic. I started a new thing. Our Slip ‘N Slide came out of storage. We made s’mores with bacon and cocktails with fresh ginger. There were band lessons and multiple trips to the library. We attended a retirement party. And a birthday party. We stayed up late and slept in. Hung out at the pool with Pippy and cousins.
It was good.
