I lost a few days because of the long weekend (not that I’m complaining or anything). Working on a deadline and juggling a few “issues” that popped up (one being a broken vehicle).
Life is mighty complicated at the moment but I promise to be back soon with a decent blog post. Until then, a killer fruit salad I made for the 4th of July:
You will find the original recipe by clicking HERE on My Blessed Life. I swapped out fresh cherries for the raspberries because I had them on hand (along with the best cherry pitter EVER). I also used Myra’s Honey-Yogurt Fruit Salad Dressing (HERE), but made my own version with Orange Blossom Honey and it was DIVINE. (We served it up alongside the fresh fruit for those who wanted it.)
