I met Scarlet and her family in 2013 when photographing her brother for the Gold Hope Project and have since come to know her momma as a friend.

Jenny (Scarlet’s momma) had mentioned a photo session with Scarlet’s nurses when hospice care began roughly six months ago.  There has been a team of nurses in place for years, helping to provide Scarlet and her family with much-needed support.

Please keep Scarlet and her family in your prayers over the coming weeks.

Beautiful pictures of Scarlet and her “Team” of nurses. You can tell how much they love Scarlet by the looks on their faces. You all are so blessed. I thank God for answering our prayers by providing Scarlet with the best support that can be had. Scarlet shows in her looks how much she loves her team. Love and compassion are the best “medicines” any person with chronic illnesses can recieve. I know that when people give that kind of medicine and attention to an ill person their recovery time is greatly reduced and carries on long after the treatment. We love Scarlet so deeply and we pass that same depth of love to “Scarlet’s Team”. Thank you Jenny and Tom for sharing with us. May God continue to bless Scarlet, her parents, her family and her support team for what they give us, hope and faith.
